Method and sources

• Capacity platforms: a plan fits if attendees ≤ its attendee limit and the hosts fit. Price per month = plan price × hosts where the price is per host, + the required per-host licence × hosts. Annual = per-month equivalent billed annually (an annual total is divided by 12).
• Zoom USD prices are read from https://zoom.us/pricing/planPrice.json, the price file the Zoom pricing page loads. Zoom Workplace Pro ($16.99/mo or $169.90/yr per host) is added to every Zoom Webinars plan because every webinar plan card says Zoom Workplace Pro is required; it is shown as its own column.
• Livestorm: attendee credits a year = attendees × webinars a month × 12; the smallest pack that covers it is billed yearly, so Livestorm is left out of monthly-billing rankings. It is not ranked above the largest pack (5,000 credits) or above 3,000 live attendees; team members are unlimited, so hosts never limit it.
• Demio monthly prices are not published as numbers except for Starter; the other Demio plans have an annual price only and are listed in a note under monthly-billing rankings.
• Contact-sales tiers are not tracked. GoTo Webinar: Complete: contact sales; custom organizer seats, up to 3,000 participants (not tracked). Livestorm: packs above 5,000 credits. Zoom Webinars: tiers above 5,000 attendees.
• Pages that price by visitor location were read in USD where possible. Not ranked: EverWebinar (automated (pre-recorded) webinars only, and the pricing page states no attendee limit), ClickMeeting (the pricing page only shows euro prices to our checker (prices are set by visitor location), so it is not mixed into the USD rankings). ClickMeeting is shown in EUR and is not converted.
• Each figure is rounded to the cent once, at the end, so columns can differ by a cent; total per year is the unrounded monthly amount × 12. Cost per attendee = total per month ÷ (attendees × webinars a month).
• Every number has a verbatim evidence snippet and a saved capture; a daily refresh re-checks the verified ones and logs any mismatch for a human. Data is never changed automatically.
• Rankings are by total per month, then name. Affiliate status is never read by the calculator (tested).
